2025 APA Social Determinants of Mental Health Convening

This virtual convening introduces participants to Social Determinants of Mental Health (SDOMH) assessments, which are crucial in psychiatric care. This event will bring together leaders in psychiatry to explore how SDOMH impact patient outcomes and the integration of these factors into clinical assessments and treatment planning. Presenters will explore practical tools and techniques for integrating SDOMH into psychiatric training, the DSM, and policy retention & protection of SDOMH under existing programs. This virtual convening will also highlight the importance of navigating clinician well-being.
