 KRS 202A New Law Overview Training

Designed as a one-hour broad overview of the changes to the KRS 202A law (involuntary hospitalization, assisted outpatient treatment (AOT; 'Tim's Law') and the new community-based outpatient treatment (CBOT), as enacted in SB 122, for anyone who wishes to attend. Facilitated by David Susman, executive advisor, DBHDID. Training materials were developed by DBHDID and the Treatment Advocacy Center (TAC).

There are four KRS 202A new law overview sessions with identical content, so participants can choose any one of the four to attend. These four sessions are:

Friday, September 11, 2026, 11:00 am to 12:00 noon Eastern

Wednesday, September 16, 2026, 10:00 am to 11:00 am Eastern

Wednesday, September 23, 2026, 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm Eastern

Monday, September 28, 2026, 1:30 to 2:30 pm Eastern
